Perhaps you have heard of “Mindfulness”, but you barely have a clue, what it is. Then this is your chance! Within 1 hour, “to the point” we explain the background, walk you through the structure and processes of a mindfulness program as well as the requirements for this scientifically proven concept for managing stress.

What are we going to do during this one hour?
Within one hour we will present you details on the background of this evidenced based and scientifically proven stress reduction training. We will outline the different phases, the impact of he training on on the brain and consciousness. How does the group training work as well as the role of an individual participants within a group. Of course there will be plenty of room for your questions.
