English spoken Mindfulness training, start 17 May

In the morning of 17 May we will start a new 8-week ‘Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction’ (MBSR) training, spoken in English.
Everyone with common knowledge of English is welcome to join this specific skills training which is scientifically proven to be effective and efficient for stress relief.
